Fire Cabinet

These boxes are used to held hoses that are connected to highly pressurized water to extinguish fire in case of emergencies like bomb blasts. However, the hoses may be destroyed due the effects of the bomb blast. However in normal conditions; the cabinet may last for 200 years. No water connection is done with the boxes these days, so they cannot be used to restore HP, nor do they add RADs.
